* Elderberry Jelly (from my fresh-frozen, wild,
hand harvested elderberries)
* Red Clover Blossom and Fresh Mint Jelly
and, of course,
* Apple Butter
(hand harvested, unsprayed apples and simmered
in brown sugar & spices for 7 1/2 hours- till perfection!)
